Health & Safety Officer/Manager - Aylesbury - £36,000 - £42,000 per year
Our client is a family-run, fast-growing flooring company focusing on fast-track installations within the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. They specialize in all types of flooring installations and carry out sub-floor reconstruction wherever required.
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our client ensures minimal disruption to their clients' operations, no matter the size of the job. They strongly believe that consistency and reliability are key and pride themselves on always delivering a high level of service.
This is a full-time role based in Aylesbury (HP22). You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all applicable HSEQ programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out site audits on our teams working on client sites.
* Completing pre-construction HSEQ paperwork including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, and Construction Phase Plans.
* Reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.
* Managing subcontractor compliance.
* Management and implementation of the combined systems.
* Management of training, accreditation, and insurance matrixes.
Salary: £36,000.00 - £42,000.00 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
