About the role
You’ll be responsible for managing the overall Demand Planning process for the Hygiene Business with end-to-end ownership of all forecasting, replenishment, and embellishment activities. You will own and drive the S&OP (sales and operations planning) process, coordinate cross-functional inputs from all departments in order to generate a 1-number business forecast and develop the improvement SKU (stock keeping unit) level forecast accuracy. You will own the portfolio management process which involves delivering excellent service at optimal inventory levels and the successful entry and exit of products with our customers. You will be supported by two teams led by an S&OP Team Leader and a Supply Planning Team Leader and will be responsible for the leadership and development of talent within this department.
Your responsibilities
* Own the running and continuous improvement of the IBP process across the Reckitt Core.
* Own and develop the forecasting capabilities within the business and IBP teams.
* Expert user of various demand & supply planning systems & data sources.
* Good knowledge of forecasting systems like Kinaxis, OMP, SAP APO etc.
* Lead & chair the Demand Review Cycle liaising with all functions involved in the monthly IBP cycle.
* Partner with global hubs and demand analysts to manage low touch SKUs and drive adoption on statistical models.
* Deliver exceptional service to our customers via the maintenance of a high Pack Fill Rate while ensuring we are holding optimal inventory.
* Deliver against business Net Working Capital targets and Commercial Fixed Costs targets through the development and execution of inventory improvement plans.
* Minimise business risks of Supply Chain Losses by ensuring robust Inventory Health and SLOB (Slow Moving or Obsolete Stock/Inventory) management process.
* Manage the delivery of effective Embellishment operations and the key relationship with the Embellishment supplier.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners such as sales, finance, marketing, and factories.
* Build a strong planning team which will feed as a talent pipeline to the wider supply organisation.

The experience we're looking for
Critical Experience
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain role with experience in leading/running a company S&OP process.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a line management role.
* This is a second rotation Band B position.
Other Experience:
* Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority.
* Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis.
* Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in business processes.
