Our Volunteer team are always busy with new and exciting projects and they are looking for some extra help.
Do you love organising, admin and lending a hand? We need you!
This role would require you to assist the Volunteer team with our Volunteer recruitment, processing applications, keeping on top of data management to name just a few.
What will I be doing?
Your main tasks will involve, but may not be limited to:
* Data entry of our volunteer applications
* Helping the Volunteer team with the advertisement of different Volunteer roles on the various platforms
* Assisting with day to day tasks
* Potential to meet with community groups and shops to try to attract more Volunteers to the charity
* Printing, scanning and posting documents out
What skills or qualities do I need?
* A friendly and enthusiastic approach and the ability to get on well with others
* Methodical with good attention to detail
* Pro-active with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to tasks
* Ability to work as part of as team
* Good IT and phone skills
* An organised approach to working and managing a project
* Experience of using databases would be a bonus

* The Volunteer Team will be on hand to support you in your role
* Receive an induction, training and development for your role
* You’ll also have the opportunity to use our eLearning training system, with access to online courses

Where will I be based?
For this role you will be at our Head Office, located in Jones Court, Womanby Street, Cardiff, CF10 1BR.
What about the hours?
We would ideally love our volunteer to help us out one day a week, preferably on a Wednesday but we are flexible and can discuss on interview.
