As the Head of Abbey Operations, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations, ensuring the preservation of the Estate's rich heritage while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing team.
2. Identifying and capitalising on revenue-generating opportunities.
3. Managing budgets and overseeing daily operations.
4. Planning and executing events.
5. Collaborating with key stakeholders.
6. Enhancing guest engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-starting individual with:
1. Proven experience in operations management, customer service, or Estate management, with a track record of success.
2. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
3. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. A flexible approach to working hours, adapting to the needs of the estate and its guests.
