Operations Manager Here at KDC we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in the Stevenage area. In this position, you will play an important role in all day to day operational aspects related to the assigned customer account(s). The Operations Manager will have a proven track record of providing leadership and oversight of the provision of engineering service, in line with the agreed account strategy. Key Responsibilities With the support of the operations team and Project Managers deliver all projects in their assigned area to Time, Cost and Quality requirements Responsible for all PMO activities (full lifecycle from Bid Management to execution through to project close out and lessons learnt) Accountable for the implementation of operational systems, processes, and policies and any subsequent improvements Long and short term strategic planning, execution and monitoring Ensuring the correct skillset is in place to execute projects - development and training opportunities and/or recruitment Active risk management and crisis management Resource management Ensure IT systems required for service provision are available and suitable Account Management responsibilities for allocated Clients Collaboration with Business Development team on client development and strategy Attributes Proven track record of team leadership and Project Management Ability to communicate effectively with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated experience in risk and dependency management Experience of working under pressure/ resilience Good organisational skills Quick learner and highly self-motivated Strong commercial awareness Dynamic and innovative Analytical and pragmatic
