Interim Assistant Company Secretary
Are you an experienced company secretary looking for a new challenge? My asset management client are seeking a dedicated Interim Assistant Company Secretary for 3-6 months to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to various Boards and Committees, ensuring the seamless execution of meetings and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and minute internal and external board and committee meetings.
* Arrange logistics for board meetings, including travel and accommodation.
* Preparing and filing documents with Companies House
* Capital reductions/dividends and use of Diligent Entities
* Updating the corporate governance tracker
* Support corporate governance projects like annual reports and director onboarding.
* Maintain statutory records and assist with FCA filings.
Key Skills:
* 4-5 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with statutory filings in particular capital reductions/share transfers
* Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification preferred.
* Excellent minuting and communication skills.
* Proficient with Boardbook Portal (Diligent or similar)
