Brief Description
Complete Carpentry & Maintenance are currently entering a very busy period and require a Multi Trader. You will be working on a contract basis. As a Multi Trader, you will be assigned a project manager and you will work as part of a team working to the specification and plan of each project with confidence and competence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Duties will include completing a variety of different work in a multitude of different trades.
2. Working on either domestic or commercial projects.
3. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and construction professionals.
4. Devising reactive solutions to property development issues.
5. Fixing, fitting, designing, and installing property solutions.
6. Access to own tools and transport.
What you’ll need:
To be successful in this role you will have at least 10 years previous experience as a Multi Trader with specialisms across plastering, carpentry, general construction, plumbing, roofing, and electrics.
You will be an independent worker who is able to contract with competence and confidence on our behalf. You will also have the knowledge, tools, and transport to service domestic client requirements and the ability to work on your own initiative.
If you are a CSCS card holder and DBS checked that’s great, but it is not essential as we can assist with this if you are successful.
