Resource Coordinator: Organize and coordinate resources, including temporary workers, to meet logistics requirements. Team Leader: Lead, manage, and develop personnel, addressing absence, disciplinary issues, and training needs. Budget Master: Develop and manage functional budgets, monitor activities, and resolve variances. Efficiency Expert: Ensure route optimization savings and profitability. Commission Calculator: Prepare commission calculations for drivers and maintain system accuracy (e.g., TMS, Dynamics).
