Job Title: IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £28,000
Location: Bristol
Reports To: Independent Financial Advisor / Director
The IFA Administrator is responsible for delivering efficient administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The IFA Administrator plays a key role in managing the client journey, ensuring the smooth processing of financial advice and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative assistance to IFAs and the financial planning team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
* Ensure all client files and documents are compliant with financial regulations (e.g., FCA guidelines).
* Submit and track client applications for financial products such as pensions, investments, insurance, and mortgages.
* Assist in the preparation of client portfolio reviews, annual reviews, and financial reports.
Requirements:
* Degree educated
* Previous experience in a financial services administration role is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance, is beneficial.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with financial CRM systems.
