Position: Data Specialist Intern
The Data Solutions Team processes and updates our bespoke software with advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory, and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions. The team also creates and amends Advisor records based on research and feedback from regional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory, and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions.
* Amending and updating company record information.
* Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
* Processing daily or weekly projects by following the team’s research processes.
* Maintaining productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in English.
* Good organizational, time-keeping, and attention to detail skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.
* Availability to work in a hybrid role in Manchester from 16th June to 22nd August (flexible if it clashes with exam dates).
