About the role As a Social Purpose Officer, you will assist in coordinating how grant income, charitable funds, and other forms of added value are obtained, sustained, and prioritised for distribution across the Group to ensure that they meet the needs of A2Dominion customers. More about the role • To support with tenders within Specialist Housing to retain and develop services and meet the department’s strategic ambitions for growth. • To contribute to the growth and development of the Group’s social purpose initiatives by effectively identifying, analysing, and submitting tenders for grant funding and charitable resources. You’ll ensure that tenders align strategically, are financially viable, and sustainable. • To assist in identifying service delivery gaps within the Operations directorate where grant funding and charitable resources can benefit customers, strengthen the Group, and support growth targets (approximately £300k per annum in revenue.) • To support the mobilisation of new business and initiatives by smoothly transitioning concepts to operational teams, ensuring contractual compliance and prioritising customer satisfaction. • To build relationships with commissioners and funders to maximise opportunities for growth which are multifaceted and benefit customers. • To ensure that the social value generated through service procurement is consistent and aligned with customer needs. • Support with the provision of high-quality performance and impact reports to funders and internal stakeholders.
