Are you ready to be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution? We’re looking for skilled and motivated BESS Field Service Engineers to join our growing team across multiple regions.

In this hands-on, dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and commission Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across various sites. If you’re passionate about sustainable technology and enjoy working in a field-based environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on BESS units
* Conduct system software/firmware upgrades and capacity tests
* Provide remote diagnostics and customer support
* Manage on-site troubleshooting, risk assessments, and safety compliance
* Liaise with engineering teams to support product development
* Maintain detailed service reports and administrative logs

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Qualification in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering
* Strong background in electrical or multi-skilled maintenance
* Comfortable with IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, IP configuration, etc.)
* Valid safety certifications for site work
* Willingness to travel regionally or internationally, with overnight stays as needed

🌟 Nice-to-Have Experience

* Hands-on experience with BESS systems
* Understanding of HV/LV power electronics (inverters, converters, transformers)
* HVAC and F-Gas certification
* Networking know-how (CMD, static IP, MODBUS/TCP, VLANs, etc.)
* C&G 2391-5 Test & Inspect or equivalent
* Familiarity with BS7671 and HV Authorisation
