Join the beating heart of our finance team at SNAP! We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our back-office operations and help drive efficiency across a wide range of finance functions.
As a vital part of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processing—from invoicing and self-billing to ledger management and bank payments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-driven, and have a strong understanding of end-to-end finance procedures, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Process timely and accurate supplier payments, preserving company cash flow
2. Maintain accurate supplier cost codings and manage ledger controls
3. Oversee stock item invoicing and cost allocation
4. Handle self-billing processes and payments in line with partner agreements
5. Ensure prompt customer invoicing and purchase order capture
6. Manage requests for credit notes, maintaining financial control
7. Build strong supplier relationships to optimize working capital
8. Uphold banking controls and documentation for approvals
What We’re Looking For:
1. Solid experience in ledger accounting, bank and transaction reconciliations
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage or similar)
3. Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
4. Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
5. Confident and credible when presenting information
