We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Assistant to support students through visa-related processes, specifically those recruited via our new International College partnership with Navitas. The Role: As Senior Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Producing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Completing Right to Study (RTS) checks. Responding to visa-related enquiries from prospective international students. A key focus of this role will be supporting recruitment and compliance activities within the newly established International College partnership with Navitas. Key Responsibilities: Implement the operational strategy for applicants from the International College. Ensure prospective students remain engaged and supported throughout the visa application process. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our corporate partner, Navitas. Identify and escalate immigration-related risks to managers during CAS production and RTS processes. Ensure high-quality standards in CAS and RTS processes for the International College. What We're Looking For: Knowledge of UK Visas and Immigration and experience in higher education or a related field. Strong attention to detail. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to handle enquiries from stakeholders at all levels. A clear understanding of the risks and challenges within the UK immigration landscape. A proactive and communicative approach, particularly in supporting prospective international students at college level.
