Our client is a leading provider of commercial Business Centres in the Southeast. For their centre based in Kings Hill they are looking to recruit a professional individual to work with their team on their front desk to effectively support the team and ensure their business customers are provided with excellent customer service. This is a one year fixed term contract. Ideally you will have already worked as a corporate receptionist or business support in a previous role. As well as meeting and greeting every visitor coming into the centre, you will also provide a full range of business services to existing customers on site. Essential skills Welcoming and professional personality to engage with customers and colleagues Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages Good knowledge of IT and able to resolve basic technical issues Good administration skills Full time: 8.30am – 5.30pm Holiday: 25 days rising to 28 after qualifying period (plus Bank Holidays)
