Finance Manager (Part-Time) Belfast (BT4) Salary c.£15 p/h DOE McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a client with an immediate need for an experienced Finance Manager on a Part-Time basis. It is envisaged that the hours will be but this may fluctuate slightly. **This role offers a hybrid working pattern** Key Duties: Provide financial management development and direction of the organisation. Implementation of all financial systems and procedures to ensure best practice and adherence to all applicable accounting standards. Monitor and manage financial performance including production of finance reports including expense reporting, budgets and forecasts. of all accounting documentation to create audit trail. Provide all necessary information, analysis and assistance to the organisations auditors. Ensure compliance with all financial statutory reporting and filing according to HMRC. Manage recording of income and expenditure. Payroll. Act as cheque signatory for and authorise expenditure up to limits as agreed by the governing body. Ensure appropriate authorisation, timing and despatch of payments. Work as part of the management team and contribute to decision making. Undertake ad hoc projects as directed by the Board of Trustees as required. Eligibility criteria: A minimum of 3 years, experience in a finance role Finance qualification, IATI, ATT or equivalent Practical knowledge of computerised accounts package Experience of preparing financial reports Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines Strong planning and organising skills Good numeracy and time management skills Keen eye for detail To apply for this role please forward your CV ASAP by clicking Apply below.
