Business Development Manager

Location of the Job: East Midlands.
Hybrid/Field Working : Available after 12 months. (Once you are familiar with products, team & culture).
Coverage : UK & Ireland (Field-Based).
Salary and Benefits Package:
Competitive basic salary of circa £40,000, plus performance-based bonus.

This is a permanent full-time position.
Working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

The Job Role Details:
With an exciting pipeline of new products and ongoing business expansion, we are now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and support their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager, you will
Take over from a senior Sales Person who is approaching retirement.
Manage and develop relationships with trailer manufacturers across the UK & Ireland.
Promote and sell the company's expanding product range.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
Travel across the UK & Ireland, engaging with customers in-person.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be
A background in technical sales, with knowledge of agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, or heavy-duty trailer parts.
An understanding of trailer parts and their applications.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
