The successful applicant will work as part of the housing team supporting the work of the team as required. You will deal with and support specialist housing management professionals as required, which may include:
• Leaseholder Management
• Service Charge Collection
• Right To Buy
• Anti-Social behaviour
• Tenancy Enforcement
• Garage Management
You should have:
• Experience of working in social housing or the voluntary sector.
• An understanding of current Housing issues would be an advantage.
• A proven track record of working within a pressurised, customer focused environment, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically at all levels.
• You will need to be available to work or attend meetings outside of normal working hours. A driving licence and access to a car or other satisfactory means of transport.
