Responsibilities:
* Research target clients/markets according to the business plan.
* Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on sales plans.
* Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries.
* Build strong client relationships through regular communication and good service.
* Help to create customized sales plans/proposals for key clients.
* Oversee/manage after-sales relationships to retain customers.
* Report on the status of accounts.
* Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction for new customers.
* Promote new products/services to existing customers.
* Communicate product and pricing details clearly.
* Bookkeeping of activities, whether with targets, clients, or partners.
* Work alongside other departments (e.g., marketing or product) to develop/foster activity in target regions.
Requirements:
* Min 2-3 years' work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant Sales/BA role (experience in the finance, consultancy, or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus).
* Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
* Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of commercial principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
* Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
* Experience in the finance, consultancy, or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Previous Business Analyst experience will be an advantage.
* Spanish would be a plus, but not essential.
