Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supporter Care Manager to join a leading health charity organisation. This is a full-time, interim role within the Fundraising directorate, responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the Supporter Services team.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Lead and manage the Supporter Services team, with 3 direct reports, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals
* Oversee supporter enquiries, donation processing, and financial compliance
* Develop training programmes to enhance team capabilities
* Maintain compliance with GDPR, Gift Aid, and other regulatory standards
* Identify opportunities to improve supporter care and operational efficiency
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supporter engagement strategies
* Ensure effective thanking communications and complaint resolution
* Manage high-volume periods and oversee fulfilment house operations
* Track performance against KPIs and manage financial reconciliation
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
