4. Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm

This is a temporary full time position working as a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and experience using the Microsoft suite.
Daily responsibilities:
6. Provide general administration support to all departments
7. Speaking with tenants who require repairs
8. Scheduling contractors
9. Checking information on the system
10. Challenging any issues with providers
11. Handling a high number of callS
Skills required:
12. Proficient in Microsoft – Especially Excel
13. Good Communication
14. Great telephone manner
15. Some administration experience
16. Attention to detail
17. Experience in social housing
