Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: East Midlands (LE11) - Office-Based
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 FTE (Pro-Rata) DOE
Job Type: Part-Time (16-24 hours per week, 2-3 days)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support their operations team. This varied role is ideal for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking customer and subcontractor appointments
2. Coordinating and inputting customer paperwork
3. Placing orders with suppliers
4. Registering boiler warranties and tools
5. Maintaining and updating various databases
What We're Looking For:
1. Adaptable & proactive - able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
2. Attention to detail - ensuring accuracy in paperwork and data entry
3. Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise workload effectively
4. Excellent customer communication skills - demonstrated in previous roles
5. Experience with Google Sheets - comfortable working with digital tools
