The Role:
Valcon UK is currently seeking a Technology Partner to work alongside the Partners in Consulting and Data. You will work closely with peers across Europe to drive the delivery and growth of the UK Technology Division. This is an established, successful practice with practice heads, clients, partnerships, and methodologies.
Working closely with the Group Technology Partners, you will:
1. Continue to drive and grow the UK Technology Practice.
2. Provide a focal point for client engagement, showing the ability to take client changes and turn them into technical deliverable solutions.
3. Drive team and employee development, supporting the successful technology academy.
4. Increase the size of Valcon Technology through winning new client work.
5. Leverage opportunities with existing clients where we have a strong Consulting or Data presence.
6. Work with technology partners to maximize opportunities to grow the practice and develop IP and Training.
7. Deliver exciting client work when opportunities arise, including strategic assignments, oversight, or high-profile engagements.
8. Engage with emerging technologies, new partners, and markets.

1. Proven experience in selling technology solutions or projects within your networks.
2. Strong experience in delivering relevant work throughout your career.
3. Experience running, leading, and developing technical practices.
4. Creating commercial IP, such as propositions, marketing campaigns, or SoW/Proposal documentation.
5. Experience in selling people/team-based solutions to address client needs.
