Due to significant growth, CoMade is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team here in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities for the role:
1. Oversee the administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle.
2. Monitor contract budgets, track costs, and manage invoicing, payments, financial reporting, and update of project progress within the project controls system.
3. Maintain accurate contract records, manage amendments, and provide regular reports on contract performance and obligations.
4. Identify contractual risks, ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and manage variations or disputes effectively.
About you:
With years of relevant commercial experience in Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Legal, your employment history is demonstrated through your ability to deliver sound reporting on compliance and commercial performance of contracts (1M). Enhanced by your proficiency in commercial and contract systems, your Contract Administration skills include managing all procedures for project commercial administration and general business administration. You can show a detailed understanding of risk assessment and controls involved in the delivery and implementation of projects and have a good comprehension of the scope of works. Compliance and reporting procedures and processes and compliance with Industrial Relations Management Document and records management is essential for this role, as is your comprehension of project Planning, Tender, Contract, and Agreements.
