About the Role
This position requires some understanding of offending and challenging behaviour. The role involves partnership working with other agencies to reduce re-offending, while supporting clients to learn the skills to live independently.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can work between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to cover out-of-hours services on a rota basis, which includes weekends.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Drug and Alcohol addiction and its impact on clients' mental health. IT literacy is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

We are a small team that supports 33 clients across four hostels in Coventry. Our service provides a short-term solution to enable clients to live independently and sustain their tenancies.
