* Regularlyupdate and maintain our external software databasesystems.
* Monitorperformance and conduct employeeevaluations.
* Providegeneral administrative support tomanagement.
* Assistthe Registered Manager with various office tasks includinganswering phone calls preparing letters creating spreadsheets andmanagingdocuments.

The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & oninduction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supportingwith shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews inService users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks,informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. -Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. -Good written and verbal communication is essential.
