Job Summary
Provides day-to day guidance to the Creative Marketing team and related activities. Creates and maintains assets and content for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns and other company initiates for all OEC brands. Works closely with Customer Success to develop, manage and execute high quality, impactful materials from concept through execution which align with OEC core values and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manages daily activities and staff of the Creative Marketing team.
* Manages all marketing and design requests that come into the design studio (in-house and client campaigns).
* Runs daily morning meetings to run through and prioritise work.
* Flags any potential issues, and checks to ensure briefs have been clearly written and assigned to team members.
* Runs weekly forward planning meetings with account teams to ensure client road maps are scheduled.
* Reviews capacity on a continual basis.
* Monitors project health across the studio and flags any potential issues/areas of concern.
* Assists department leadership with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
* At least 8 years of experience in Creative Marketing.
* Proven experience in managing projects, leading workgroups and committees, and supporting leadership by delegating and tracking work assignments. Skilled in providing coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
* Proven success in working with senior leadership to review and implement process across the business.
* Prior experience using a project management system.
* Ability to lead diverse teams, and create an engaging culture that motivates and empowers others to do great work.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
* Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
