We are currently working with a global sports brand, who are looking for a lead designer / creative to develop ideas and creative across Experiential Licensing ventures.
Working on bricks and mortar creations, such as theme parks and hospitality ventures, the role is to come up with a diverse portfolio of such experiences.
What’s the role?
Overseeing and creating the development and delivery of new experiential projects world-wide, key responsibilities include:
1. Conceptualise, design and deliver licensed experiences and activations
2. Manage key relationships with licensed partners
3. Create and maintain innovative and importantly, revenue generating experiences
4. Create and present concepts concisely and precisely
5. Prioritise and handle numerous projects simultaneously
6. Develop narratives, sketching, rendering and technical drawing
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will be a thought out creative, with knowledge of the full creative suite and rendering programmes and with the ability to handle high pressure situations with confidence, fun and poise!
You will have worked on similar environment projects before, and be happy working in a small division, of a big brand.
You will understand creativity wins, but licensing and brand guidelines always play a part in the output – so happy to work to both sides!
