Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, including process validation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure process integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Provide technical support to operations personnel and assist in training initiatives as needed. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and environmental standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Strong academic record. Proficiency in process simulation software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
