Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resourcer located in Henley-In-Arden. The Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, assisting with interviews, and supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day tasks. Full training will be provided.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in sales, a customer-facing or recruitment role is a plus
* Being keen to learn and progress with new skills is essential
