Humans ServicesRecruitment is actively seeking an experienced and dedicatedRegistered Manager to oversee and direct Supported Living andChildrens care services. This role is crucial in ensuringhighquality care for a wide range of clients including younger andadults including individuals with learning and physicaldifficulties enduring mental health issues and sensoryimpairments.
KeyResponsibilities:
Comprehensivemanagement of our care services ensuring operational excellence andadherence to CQC and Ofstedstandards.
Developing and implementingperson centred care and support plans and robust risk assessmentsthat meet the individual needs of our diverse clientgroup.
Fostering a supportive andpositive environment for clients families andstaff.
Direct daytoday liaison withclients family members social workers community mental health teamsand other stakeholders.
Supervisingand mentoring staff to ensure a high level of competence andknowledge in providing care.
Ensuringcompliance with medication administration protocols and ongoingcompliance with both CQC and Ofsted careregulations.
Maintaining accurate anduptodate records and documentation related to client care andfacility operations.
Managing day toHealth and safety matters.
Managingday to day staff training performance supervision andappraisals.
Overall responsibility formanagement and growth of the Care and Support Service ensuringongoing compliance with both CQC and Ofsted regulatoryframeworks.
Requirements
Requirements:
Seniormanagement qualification in health and social care (e.g. NVQDiploma).
Extensive experience in amanagement role within a health and social caresetting.
Demonstrated ability in careplanning risk assessments and handling complex careneeds.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effective collaboration andrelationshipbuilding.
Proven abilityto multitask prioritize responsibilities and make sound decisionsin a dynamic environment.
Indepthunderstanding of the diverse needs of clients including those withlearning difficulties mental health issues and sensoryimpairments.
AdditionalNotes:
Candidates must becompetent in conflict resolution and capable of handling thedaytoday operations of a large complex health and social careservice. The role requires an oncall commitment at first or secondlevel as needed.
The position isdependent on successful SC1 / SC2 Ofsted Application and asatisfactory enhanced DBS Certifictae on the UpdateService.

The role requires an on-call commitment atfirst or second level as needed. The position is dependent onsuccessful SC1 / SC2 Ofsted Application and a satisfactory enhancedDBS Certifictae on the Update Service. Rehabilition of OffendersAct does not Apply.
