An exciting and rewarding Care Assistant role is currently open in Cardiff as Bluebird Care is seeking an empathetic and dedicated Female Care Assistant to join the Cardiff team. Candidates with or without experience are welcome as full training will be provided together with visa sponsorship to successful candidates who require it.
About Bluebird
In 2004, Paul and Lisa Tarsey founded Bluebird Care with the goal of providing high-quality care that allows individuals to remain in their own homes. Recognizing the limitations of traditional residential care, they developed a flexible, customer-focused home care model that emphasizes dignity, independence, and personalized support.
What began as a single office in Petersfield, Hampshire, quickly gained recognition for its compassionate and tailored approach. Offering a range of services—including personal care, household assistance, companionship, and specialist dementia support—Bluebird Care set a new standard for domiciliary care. Its success paved the way for a franchise model, enabling local offices to bring the same high-quality care to communities across the UK.
Today, Bluebird Care stands as one of the UK and Ireland’s largest home care providers, with over 220 independently operated franchise offices. Despite their autonomy, all locations remain united under the Bluebird Care ethos: delivering exceptional, person-centered care that meets the unique needs of every customer.
