One of the UK's leading FM and Maintenance providers is currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to work on a brand new pharmaceutical development based in Oxford.
The role will be working as part of the on-site facilities team and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the M&E maintenance and ensuring a high level of service is delivered.
Main duties of the role:
1. Manage all technical issues.
2. Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.
3. Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
4. Plan and implement building project works.
5. Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
6. Recruitment of any new staff required on site.
7. Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals.
8. Manage client relationships on a daily basis.
9. Manage all reports.
10. Responsible for the permit system.
11. Manage cleaning across the building.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Engineering apprenticeship, C&G, HNC, HND, or Engineering Degree within electrical or mechanical fields.
2. Previous experience in the commercial building maintenance sector.
3. Strong understanding of energy management.
4. Knowledge of P&L.
5. Proven experience in managing maintenance contracts and supervising contractors.
6. Ability to work effectively with staff, tenants, service providers, and contractors.
7. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. Comprehensive knowledge of legislative health & safety requirements.
10. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet client/contract deadlines.
Package includes:
* Salary up to 73k
* Car allowance of 5k
* 25 days holiday
