Position: Reception Teacher

Role Overview:
As the Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports the developmental and educational needs of the youngest learners. You will be expected to undertake the full range of classroom responsibilities, including planning, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver a creative and engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of Reception students.
-Plan and prepare lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and social interaction.
-Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support individual learning journeys.
-Develop strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the school community to support student development.
What We’re Looking For:
-A UK QTS and a strong understanding of the Foundation Phase Curriculum
-Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a primary school setting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
-A positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
