Salary: From £22,880 basic + OTE £30,000+
Job Description:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales strategy by managing relationships with key accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
* Proactively identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
* Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
* Maintain accurate sales records and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM system.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A positive, professional, and results-focused attitude.
