We are looking for Engagement Delivery Coordinators for National Engagement to cover work in managers and networks, information service and the care workforce pathway. The post-holder will be responsible for:
End-to-end management / delivery of established engagement functions and approaches; including supporting, coordinating or directing the contribution of others.
Ensuring that engagement activity is planned and delivered to meet contractual KPIs, whilst maintaining a high-level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
Analysis and review of information collected during engagement activity, events and projects, to identify improvements and efficiencies to the deliver services.
Taking operational decisions which balance the needs of the business, SfC’s sponsors and the sector.
Liaising with external stakeholders and potential clients, Skills for Care corporate departments and area teams to ensure that projects achieve their milestones and problems/issues are identified and resolved.
Holding a deep knowledge of the systems (inc. digital platforms) / processes required to deliver engagement services and products; allowing the post-holder to assume or support the role of service / product owner.
