Our client, a specialist in end–to–end fleet electrification, helping organizations achieve their carbon reduction ambitions through integrated solutions across vehicles, charging infrastructure, and power is currently looking to hire a Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy for the local market and delivering the related P&L to accelerate growth.
The Commercial Director will:
* Develop a pipeline of future opportunities and own the delivery of it.
* Monitor and develop winning responses to tender processes (public and private)
* Establish relationships and perform negotiation with customers from different sizes.
* Identify opportunities to expand the business through acquisitions, partnerships and new sectors.
* Develop the organisation s local market strategy, defining focus sectors.
The Commercial Director will have:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the country.
* Strong negotiation, account management, and leadership skills.
* Proven experience in new market and client prospection.
* Knowledge on renewable energy, solar, battery storage, EV charging, and related projects will be a differential.
* Proficiency in both English & local language is a must.
* A strong network in fleet.
* Proven ability to secure new business opportunities and open doors.
