You will be part of a busy technical team, providing exceptional levels of service to new and existing clients. Location: Radius Campus, Emperor Way Crewe Business Park, Crewe CW1 6BD Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Office based Salary: £18,000 Holidays - 25 days per year plus additional bank holidays Full training and support and a personal development plan will be provided along side participation in Level 3 Information Communication Technician (Support Tech) to support your on your journey with Radius. Responding to telecom tickets as they are logged Logging broadband faults and running first/second line checks Answering customer queries through phone calls and email requests What do we expect of you? Confident speaking with customers over the phone Agility to work to priorities and deadlines Knowledge or interest in IT systems/networking and telephone systems Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
