About the Role
As our People Partner for HQ, you’ll be part of a team that adds value and makes an impact by developing the skills and knowledge of leaders and their teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a key part in our continued growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* First point of contact for people queries providing in-the-moment advice, considering the very latest employment legislation.
* Providing guidance on workforce design, structure, and talent, including skills development and attrition management.
* Helping teams evolve and operate effectively within a shared service model, ensuring HQ is agile, dynamic and positioned for future success.
* Advance the wellbeing agenda for HQ, focusing on mental health first aiders and management training.
* Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
* HQ onboarding – from engaging the best talent through to a welcoming new starter experience, upskilling and educating our senior leaders on the commercial benefit of effective inductions.
* Act as a coach to improve leadership capability and deliver training to leaders within the group to build knowledge and confidence across all areas of policy, employment law and legislation.
