Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commissioning activities with a strong focus on health and safety for all stakeholders.
* Champion our Health & Safety policies, integrating them into daily discussions and decision-making.
* Oversee Energy Isolations and Lock Out Tag Out procedures during commissioning activities.
* Attend Factory Acceptance Testing, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared.
* Maintain an issues resolution log, tracking and closing all commissioning-related items.
* Manage the setup and closure of the Commissioning plan for each project.
* Oversee the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with CSA and MEP Quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, ensuring they have the information they need to progress effectively.
* Review and optimize the master construction schedule to enhance program delivery.
* Lead weekly/daily commissioning meetings and provide progress reports.
* Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and specifications.
* Compile and verify all Testing and Commissioning documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong time management, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for detail are essential. You should be computer literate, capable of preparing reports, and comfortable administering the necessary paperwork.
Key Qualifications:
* A degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a site-based MEP Commissioning role.
* Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and commissioning practices.
* Proven experience working on hyperscale Data Centres.
* Excellent IT skills to navigate the digital landscape of our projects.
