Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
2. Manage and troubleshoot Azure, Intune, Office 365, Mac, and iOS-related queries.
3. Respond to support tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
5. Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
6. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
7. Proficiency in Azure, Intune, Office 365 administration, Mac, and iOS troubleshooting.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
9. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 including bonus and benefits
