We are currently recruiting for a Fleet and Business Sales Manager to join our Jaguar & Land RoverDealership in Droitwich.
The hours of work are8amto 6pmMonday to Friday, and working every other weekend with a day off in the week (Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm).
Benefits include the use of a JLR company car and an OTE of up to £65,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who are responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with the JLR brand objectives.
You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business. You will also guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
About you
You will be knowledgeable and confidant presenting all funding methods to clients
Be able to help and support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide all funding methods enabling them to make the best funding decision
Generate leads from the business community by highlighting their business proposition expertise.
Understand the tax implications of every model and type of finance offer, providing finance and generic taxation examples to aid decision making
Work at a managerial level, directly for the GM,whilst highlighting their own sales activity, lead generation and business marketing activity.
Be passionate about business customer retention. Taking ownership of renewal tools whether it be your database or P360
Have great people skills, installing themselves in the local business community and becoming the trusted business expert for JLR in Droitwich
Provided each client with a fantastic experience from their initial communication, through to delivery of the car and regular touch points in the clients purchase cycle.
You may be an existing Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager or Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity that provides better rewards and career opportunities. You will also have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
