You'll curate their journey by handling inquiries, reservations, and requests with grace, all while ensuring the impeccable service standards that define Shangri-La. This position would be an ideal move for someone with experience working front of office who now wants to make that switch into a back office role working in a small office environment. The department handles hundreds of calls a day so you will need to answer these and also deal with incoming emails. Although experience on the phones would be beneficial it's more important that you are extremely organised and used to working at a fast pace. The rota will change weekly so you will need to be flexible, andcomfortable working various shifts and patterns
