The Role
This role involves managing a diverse client base, including sole traders, partnerships, directors, High Net Worth individuals, and self-employed consultants. You will work closely with management to drive growth and oversee the department.
* Assist in Client Portfolio Management.
* Examine personal tax matters and provide technical guidance.
* Supervise assignments to ensure timely filings and compliance.
* Oversee team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure targets are met.
* Participate in departmental management, staff appraisals, and issue resolution.
* Coach and train team members to develop their skills.
* Contribute to department development and management.
Experience
* Experience in a Public Practice firm.
* Supervision skills and strong communication abilities.
* Background in Personal/Private Client Tax.
* CTA, ATT, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Client-focused approach.
