Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
Oversee the execution of commercial solar mounting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
3. Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality solar mounting systems.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation progress and address any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve processes and standards.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial status to senior management.
5. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively address challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
3. Strong understanding of commercial solar mounting systems and their installation processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in project management tools and software.
6. PMP certification is a plus.
