Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist Banding : 6 Location : London Duration : 4 months Rate : £24- £27 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Pulse AHP. This role involves conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, interventions, and discharge planning for patients following an acute stroke. The successful candidate will work across the acute stroke ward, outlier wards, and the Emergency Department (ED), requiring confidence and competence to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, y ou will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, and managing discharge planning for patients following an acute stroke. You will work across various wards, including the acute stroke ward, outlier wards, and the ED, ensuring high standards of patient care. Collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Therapists is crucial, as you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes. Qualifications and Experiences: Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Experience in acute stroke physiotherapy Ability to work independently across different wards, including the acute stroke ward, outlier wards, and ED Strong understanding of the importance and value of working within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Why work with Pulse?
