Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assistance during the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
* Assist with mobility, toileting, and any necessary overnight routines.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Respond promptly to any client needs, ensuring their well-being throughout the night.
* Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
What We Are Looking For:
* Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
* Full Driving License and access to your own car.
* Reliable, punctual, and a great communicator.
* Experience is required for this role, ideally complex care experience.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
