Key Responsibilities:
Teach Science up to GCSE level. Build strong relationships with students, organise learning resources, and create a positive, engaging classroom environment. Provide tailored support to learners with SEN, accommodating a range of abilities. Assess and track student progress, preparing them for GCSE, Functional Skills, and Entry Level exams. Gain proficiency, if not already familiar, in using IT systems such as Arbor and My Concern. Assist with covering lessons for absent colleagues and play an active role in delivering targeted interventions.Requirements:
