An exciting opportunity has arisen to help promote our newest event, France Licensing Day & Awards, which is returning for its third year at La Cite Internationale Universitaire de Paris (75014) on July 1st 2025. The event consists of a day of meetings and networking (welcoming 40 exhibitors and 500+ visiting retailers & manufacturers last year), followed by Awards in the evening in partnership with our industry association and partner, Licensing International.
As the Sales & Marketing Assistant for this event, you will be responsible for selling in new clients with the EMEA Sales Director and managing the relationship with existing ones, promoting the event to attendees and executing on the Marketing Strategy alongside our Marketing Director, and liaising with venue to ensure the logistics are closely managed for the day. Your role will be varied and you will gain hands-on, practical experience on promoting, selling and organising a small-scale event to the French community.
Role responsibilities:
Execution of the Marketing Plan with support from the Marketing Director. Responsibilities will include website updates, email creation, social media, graphic Creation
Identification and prospecting of new French clients on Linked-in, will close support from our EMEA Sales Director to generate new exhibitors.
Supporting existing clients by sending them practical information about the day, responding to enquiries, etc.
Outreach to quality French retailers and manufacturers on Linked-in inviting them to the event.
Supporting the Event Manager with administrative projects such as customer service emails, printed literature and signage.
Strong collaboration with industry partner Licensing International to coordinate on event deliverable, promote the awards and provide regular updates on event performance.
Creation of sales collateral, brochures and adverts to help advertise and explain the event.
Developing an in-depth understanding of the market and audience to ensure marketing copy is specific and relevant to our customers.
