You will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying non-conformance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections on the shop floor to ensure quality compliance Assist with customer non-conformance management and implement corrective actions Carry out laboratory tests and audits to maintain product quality Support calibration systems and maintain accurate equipment records Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding quality issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies Skills & Experience Required Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (quality assurance/control) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Technical and mechanical mindset with an analytical approach Ability to use measurement equipment and devices Effective multitasking and time management skills Strong communication and IT skills Desired Knowledge of ISO Management Standards & Lean Principles Internal Auditor Training (advantageous) Experience with analytical and statistical tools (MSA, GR&R, CPk studies) Understanding of FSC/PEFC Why Should You Apply?
